If the paper cannot reach the front gauge correctly, there will be faults such as skew, paper cannot reach the front gauge, pull gauge is not in place, paper is ahead of time, so it is widely used in electronic and electrical, transportation, mechanical equipment, daily necessities and other fields. The adjustment of the paper pressing wheel of the front gauge is more important.

the conventional practice is to loosen the pressure For the fastening nut of the paper wheel, insert three sheets of printing paper under the paper pressing wheel, adjust the height of the paper pressing wheel through eccentricity, and it is appropriate to have a slight sense of resistance when the paper is pulled out, and then tighten the nut. However, this adjustment method is only applicable to paper with good flatness and no warpage; For the paper with poor flatness and warpage, the paper pressing wheel can be pressed tighter

1. the front gauge is crooked

the fault is that the paper on one side is not in place, and the electric eye detection sensor and amplifier on one side cannot find the paper, but it is misjudged as crooked, which is actually the paper bending. Adjust the front gauge fine-tuning knob to the maximum, that is, +0.5 of the scale, so that the front gauge is in the farthest position; Then put a steel sheet next to the detection eye, which can generally be solved

2. The paper cannot reach the front gauge correctly

there are many reasons for this fault, and all parts from the flight to the front gauge may be the cause of this fault

(1) Feida. Feida's paper separation and feeding air blowing are not enough, there is electrostatic adsorption between the papers, and the paper lags slightly during paper output, resulting in the failure to reach the front gauge correctly. The solution is to turn up the blower and blow the paper away to ensure smooth paper output

(2) uneven pressure of gantry ball. After the paper is discharged from Feida, the paper must pass through the gantry ball to reach the paperboard smoothly. If the pressure of the gantry ball is uneven or there is no pressure, the paper will also be unstable. The adjustment method is to pull the hand wheel to the lower pressing position of the gantry ball, put a stopper plate with a thickness of 0.2mm under the adjusting jackscrew, and adjust the jackscrew to make the pressure of the gantry ball equal and moderate

(3) board conveying. When the paper is transported on the paper board, due to the suction of the suction belt, it is easy to form a vacuum under the paper. If the paper is soft, it is easy to form a large friction force, which makes the paper lag. Solution: one component of the aircraft with appropriate size: each of the four wing beams with a length of more than 62 meters is to reduce the air suction volume of the paper conveyor, and at the same time, the paper pressing wheel can be used to keep the paper position from deflection

(4) front gauge paper pressing wheel. The pressure of the paper pressing wheel or the paper steel sheet is too large, so that the paper cannot reach the front gauge. It can be solved by adjusting the high-pressure paper wheel or reducing the pressure of the paper pressing steel sheet

(5) pre snap the teeth with the front gauge. There are a total of 9 pre grippers at the front gauge, which are distributed symmetrically in the center. The mouth positioning of the paper is completed by these 9 pre grippers. If the paper cannot enter the pre gripper, the paper cannot reach the front gauge correctly. For example, when the paper has ruffles or warps, it sometimes collides with the pre gripper, and sometimes it will reach the top of the pre gripper, which will become a multi-layer composite material. The solution is to put paper steel sheets on the place where the paper collides with the pre gripper, or knock the paper to make it flat. Thick cardboard can't be knocked like copper plate and offset paper. The number of times of cardboard knocking should not be too many, just 5 times, and it doesn't need to be fan-shaped, and it can be folded into parallel lines; Force should not be too heavy, otherwise the cardboard will be broken, as long as it can change its deformation state
