Beijing, on March 6, 2009, Mr. Kang Jie was appointed as the chief financial officer of Siemens Northeast Asia and the chief financial officer of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. at the same time, he became a member of the Management Committee of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. this appointment took effect from March 1, 2009. Ms. Li Jinxia, the former CFO, has left for Germany to become the chief diversity officer of Siemens AG. Previously, Mr. Kangjie served as the chief financial officer of Siemens Asia Pacific (including Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, etc.)

Mr. Kangjie has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Australian Association of corporate directors and the Australian Financial Association. Mr. Kang Jie joined Siemens in 1985 and has accumulated rich management experience in many positions. Mr. Kang Jie has served as a director and chairman of the board of directors in more than 15 Siemens organizations worldwide, and served as the commercial general manager of the former power group in China from 1998 to 2002
